Paper Airplane Free Printables
{ August 18th, 2011 }
Today is National Aviation Day! To help celebrate we bring you free paper airplane printables with powerful messages. You’re kids will love learning about the history of the Wright brothers and aviation, while playing with these easy-to-fold airplanes.
Cool Fact: Did you know that it is also Orville Wright Birthday! Orville Wright and his brother Wilbur (the Wright brothers) were credit for building the world’s first successful airplane with aircraft controls that enabled them to steer the plane.
For all your VBS planners out there, there are 2 VBS themes next year that will highlight planes and flying, so if you are thinking about using one of those themes, we suggest you keep these to use next summer!
Guildcraft would like to say thank you Wright Brothers and Happy Aviation Day! There’s something to be said about hard work and dedication.

I will be using these to help with an icebreaker in my highschool class for confirmation. The kids will be listing things about themselves, and must then fold the airplane, when everyone is ready, they throw the airplane for a minute, each person picks up a plane and then must find and introduce that person.
Thanks for making this fun time easier.

Great patterns for “make and take” craft to give to older siblings on pre-school programming days when they are off school.
